NOMINATE A YOUNG PERSON

Do you know a young person who would benefit from a week in the mountains?

Teachers, youth workers, social workers or anyone who knows a young person aged 16 to 18 can make a nomination. We're looking for young people with an interest in the outdoors, climbing or adventure who face barriers and can't get there on their own.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for young people who have an interest in adventure but they are facing barriers. That might be for financial reasons, mental health challenges, family circumstances or simply a lack of opportunity. Whatever the reason, if the spark is there and the opportunity is not, we want to hear about them.

HOW IT WORKS

A few minutes of your time could change a young person's life.

1

NOMINATION

If you are a teacher, youth leader, coach or you work with young people, nominate them using the form below.

2

APPLICATION

We get in touch with the young person and invite them to tell us, in their own words about their interest in the outdoors.

3

SELECTION

Once the application deadline closes, we review and offer places to a final group of 10 for the programme.

ORGANISATIONS

For teachers, schools and social workers

Most of the young people we work with reach us through a teacher, social worker or youth worker who spotted their potential. If your school, college or organisation has not worked with us before, we would love to hear from you. We are always keen to reach new schools, organisations and new areas, so more young people get the chance to access the outdoors. If you have questions about how we can work together, get in touch.
